Everything was great at the start. Diagnosed within 8 weeks and medicated the same day. It’s the after care that’s shocking!!! Haven’t had any medication for 10 days because nobody answers the phone or reply’s to a email. For a mental health care provider is absolutely atrocious to leave patients without medication. I’m now depressed and if they don’t medicate me soon I’ll probably end up topping myself!!! Do not use this service if u don’t wanna feel suicidal

I recently had an appointment with Dr Alex Fragoyannis due to ear blockage and reduced hearing, something I unfortunately experience almost every year. I can honestly say this was the best and most comfortable ear wax removal procedure I’ve ever had.
Dr Alex Fragoyannis was exceptionally kind, highly professional, and clearly very skilled. The entire process was smooth and completely pain-free, which I truly appreciated. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Veronique at reception. She was incredibly helpful and professional, making the appointment process very easy and providing clear guidance on everything I needed.
Thank you both for such an excellent experience — I highly recommend this clinic.

Positive experience overall, the highlight of the appointment was Sarah, which was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
The downside is the booking fees. I did book 4 appointments, two adults and two children. Although, we only came twice, once me with my wife, and second time me with kids. It’s clearly priced per head, not per appointment. Don’t like this as it’s money making tactic and it should’t be. This can be off-putting and should be reviewed.
Also ladies working at the reception would greatly benefit from a dose of friendliness.

I feel sorry that you have a similar name to the truly awful harrow health CIC. They not only tarnish your good name, but give the NHS a bad name too. I understand you’re a private practice. They should not be allowed to operate.

Very poor service from this clinic, I was referred to them via my doctor and received….NO CONTACT in the time since, referred in Nov 25 and have now been discharged with even being contacted or even attempts to contact. Really disgusting and disappointing

I’ve been using this service for some months and really impressed by the level of professionalism and care in all their dealings. On this occasion I saw Sarah who took great care in explaining all aspects of the vaccine I was receiving and then offered excellent advice on further vaccinations I might want to consider (NHS or otherwise). Highly recommended.

Myself and my kids had travel vacciniations here as the leadtime for NHS vaccinations at our GP practice was 3 weeks. We saw Sarah who was very punctual, friendly, caring and knowledgable, the costs were laid out to us before we committed and the service was very efficient. Would definitely use again.

She advises on all aspects of health safety when travelling abroad and is careful not to cause any discomfort when administering vaccinations. Thoroughly recommend.
